How We Can Help
Most consultations will go for about 1.5 – 2 hours (could be longer or shorter depending on the problem and the number of cats). With each consultation, you also get:
• A detailed written Behaviour Management Plan
• 30 days of support with unlimited email follow up if required
• A 30 minute follow up phone call (if required) during the 30-day support period
Online consultations can be done via Skype or Facetime and will ideally be done via a mobile device (though not necessary) so you can give us a tour of the house and any examples of the problem behaviour.
We find that online consultations work well in situations where the problem behaviour is territorial, as an "intruder" into the cats' territory can often worsen the behaviour.
(Currently Townsville only)
In-home consultations involve us coming to your house, meeting you and your cat(s), and viewing them and their behaviour in their natural environment. Although it is slightly more expensive, some customers prefer this.
Chris moves between Brisbane and Townsville throughout the year so home visits are only available at his current location (currently Townsville, QLD).
Once you decide that you’d like us to help you overcome your cat behaviour issues, the process is easy:
1. Contact us via email, phone or our contact page to discuss the issue and book in a consultation.
You will receive a behavioural questionnaire to fill out and send back before the consultation.
