How We Can Help
Most consultations will go for about 1.5 – 2 hours (could be longer or shorter depending on the problem and the number of cats).
What's Included With Each ConsultationDuring each consultation, I go through:
Assessment and discussion of the behaviour issue
Assessment of the cats' routine (including improvement suggestions if necessary)
Assessment of the cats' territory/environment (including improvement suggestions if necessary)
Explanation of the possible reasons for the behaviour
Discussion of potential solutions
In addition to the consultation, you ALSO get:
A tailored written email plan, summarising everything we have spoken about, and outlining a clear plan of action
30 days of support, during which you get unlimited email support, as well as weekly email check-ins
(Note: online consults are much better for most situations. Cats are very sensitive to changes in their environment, and an unknown person "intruding" can create further problems. During a video conference you can take me around, show me the behaviour, and I can see everything I need to see without needing to create further and unnecessary stress).
Online (Facetime, Zoom, Skype etc)
SALE $280 AUD
Online consultations can be done via Facetime, Skype, Zoom, or another platform of your choice, and will ideally be done via a mobile device (though not necessary) so you can give me a tour of the house and any examples of the problem behaviour.
The vast majority of my consultations are online as my clients are Australia-wide. They also work well in situations where the problem behaviour is territorial, as an "intruder" into the cats' territory can often worsen the behaviour.
(Townsville, QLD only)
In-home consultations involve me coming to your house, meeting you and your cat(s), and viewing them and their behaviour in their natural environment. Although it is slightly more expensive, some customers prefer this.
Once you decide that you’d like us to help you overcome your cat behaviour issues, the process is easy:
1. Book a consultation using the "Book" buttons, or contact us via email, phone or our contact page to discuss the issue and book in a consultation.
You will receive a behavioural questionnaire to fill out and send back before the consultation.
